What better way to get your kids to eat their vegetables than with a colorful Vegetable Ranch Tortilla Pizza? I like to keep the tortillas open-faced like a pizza, but you could also roll them up and serve them with toothpicks. The best part of this recipe is the Ranch Dressing Mix. The recipe makes two cups of mix, and you only need 1⁄4 cup for the pizzas. Store the remaining mix in an airtight container and refrigerate to use in future ranch-flavored recipes.

What next?

1. To make Ranch Dressing Mix, add all ingredients to a large, clean jar. Shake to combine. Store in the refrigerator.

2. In a food processor, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, smoked paprika (if using) and Ranch Dressing Mix.

3. Spread two large spoonfuls of the mixture on each tortilla wrap. Top with cheddar cheese and enough vegetables to cover the top.

4. Slice each tortilla into wedges and serve cold.
