by Anna Dixon | Mon, February 26, 2018

What you'll need:

• 500g Macaroni pasta, cooked

• 30g butter

• 300ml cream

• 200g mozzarella

• 75gparmesan

• Pinch of salt

• Flour

• 4 eggs

• Bread crumbs

• 400ml Marinara Sauce

• 50ml cream

What next?

1.     Par cook the pasta 50 percent and cool down.

2.     In a smaller sauce pot heat the cream until it starts to boil.

3.     Add butter, cheeses, and mix slowly.

4.     Add the cooled pasta to the mix and refrigerate.

5.     Form small balls from the mix and refrigerate.

6.     Prepare three separate bowls for flour, eggs and bread crumbs.

7.     Roll the chilled pasta into balls. Roll in flour, shake off the excess flour, and then into eggs, then bread crumbs.

8.     In a light, neutral oil, gently fry for 4-6 minutes depending on size.

9.     Warm up the sauce and add cream. Bring to a boil and place on the bottom of the plate.

10.     Add the cooked bites on top of the sauce and finish with grated parmesan.
