Need some downtime...? Next Wednesday 20th November, Shanghai Family and Parents&Kids will be hosting the first of our Morning Coffee and Chats sessions. Come mingle with your local community over a drink whilst discussing ‘wellness’ - the theme of our first event.
But this isn’t just any old coffee morning - we will provide you with tips to be more in the present moment and be more relaxed day to day while getting to know fellow parents/ friends in the community.
The morning will open with a gentle 20 minute session with a professional yoga instructor, Evasana, who will demonstrate with you (and your babies/kids!) the calming effects of this practice; 10:40-11am. So bring your yoga pants and get your sweat on!
We’ll then be joined by the lovely Lorna Jutton, a mindfulness coach with a background in primary education, who will be sharing with us ideas on how we can incorporate mindfulness into our hectic lifestyles in Shanghai.
Make sure to join us for a stimulating morning of interesting conversations and general chit chat, whilst channeling your inner yogi.
Find it: Kohler - 4F, 456 West Nanjing Road (南京西路456号4楼)
