Face Slap face and body paints are water-based, made of FDA and EU approved ingredients, high pigmented and easy wash for removal – all you need is a gentle soap and water. These are the paints that are constantly used at children's birthday parties, and all you need to do to activate the paint is spray it with water!
This can either be for the arms, or for small cute pumpkins on the cheeks.
What you'll need:
What next:
1. Spray Canary with water and use a sponge to gently press on the cake for the paint to soak into the sponge. If the sponge is too wet, you can squeeze some of the paint out to avoid dripping. Using the sponge, draw a wave like shape.
2. Using the other side of the sponge, dab it in Apricot and fill in the top and bottom of the wave shapes, making the arm full. Blend the colors together using the sponge. Add Butterscotch in between the blends for extra shine.
3. Using a round brush dipped in Ebony, draw cute pumpkin silhouette with eyes, nose, mouth and stem. Two or three pumpkins will do the trick!
4. Draw curves and swirls in between the pumpkins. Add teardrops, and spider-web designs.
5. Add details using a round brush dipped in Ghost to draw lines inside the pumpkins giving it shape. Add dots and stars for decoration! Maybe even a tiny spider! This design can also be repeated on the cheeks!

What next:
1. Spray Ghost with water and use a sponge to gently press on the cake for the paint to soak into the sponge. If the sponge is too wet you can squeeze some of the paint out to avoid dripping. Sponge on the base around the full face besides the eye area leaving a rounded triangular shape to resemble a skull’s eye sockets
2. Use a round brush dipped in the Ebony paint, trace the shape of the eye socket and fill in with flat brush or sponge if you feel comfortable.
3. Using a round brush dipped in Dynasty, draw half circles around the eye sockets. This is a basic flower design shape. Meanwhile the white base should have dried by now and you can apply color on top of it. Using Dynasty, draw a pedaled flower on the chin. Fill in the nose with Ebony, with a teardrop shape. Then, using the round brush, draw the smile from the corners of the mouth and filling in with dashes to symbolize the teeth. You can end the line with a curve for a more decorative effect. Also draw in the middle line and dashes on top of the lips.
4. Finally the details! They do not have to be complicated (unless you want them to be!) Teardrops, curves, spades, flowers, hearts, spider webs and dots are all great designs. Ideally make the designs symmetrical. Use stick-on jewels for extra bling and don’t forget to add hair accessories for a pretty look; flowers work great!

What next:
1. Inspired by the book and movie Coraline, we decided to make a voodoo doll with button eyes – scary! First trace circles around the eyes and fill Ebony in with either brush or sponge.
2. Draw a line in the middle of the face from the top to the tip of the lips. Then lines from the corners of the mouth along the contours of the face to the hairline. Use Ghost color to trace next to it for an 3D effect.
3. Use a sponge dabbed in Hazel to create shadows along the forehead, around the eyes, top and bottom of the contour lines, chin area and under the lips. Think of it as adding bronzer to the face!
4. Using a round brushed dipped in Dynasty, draw dots along the lines symmetrically to create stitching holes.
5. Using a round brush dipped in Ebony, draw the stitching threads in either crossing or straight patterns.
6. Using Ghost, draw a button shape on the eye area. Make sure the real eyes are closed when doing so!
