Amanyangyun offers customized one-on-one swimming lessons in breaststroke, freestyle swimming, butterfly stroke and backstroke. The lessons are centered on ensuring the balance and streamline of the body in the water, starting from breaststroke and teaching four strokes in stages to improve cardio-pulmonary function by combining endurance and speed. Hence, continuous workout can enhance the body's coordination and balance ability.
Amanyangyun has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The indoor heated swimming pool is 20 meters long, while the outdoor pool, which is 57 meters long at its longest point, faces out into the forest with fantastic views throughout the year.
