Body Concept is a Pilates, GYROTONIC and physiotherapy studio with two locations conveniently located in Shanghai. They focus on the 
Pilates and GYROTONIC exercise methods and also offer rehabilitation services through Pilates-trained professional physiotherapists. The studio holds a variety of classes for every fitness level from Reformer, mat Pilates, studio or rehab Pilates, to GYROKINESIS and GYROTONIC. You can either join a group class or enjoy a personalized one-on-one session.
